Cash4UNow, a responsible short-term loan provider, needed a more cost-effective way to collect customer payments. Their existing manual methods, like postal communications and agent calls, were too labour-intensive. They partnered with Esendex to find an automated solution that would target mobile devices and improve their collections performance.

Esendex implemented a solution using their SMS and Mobile Journeys platform to automate the payment process. Personalized text messages with payment links were sent to customers, leading to a secure, mobile-friendly portal. This strategy was highly successful for Cash4UNow, collecting nearly £516k in a seven-month period at a cost of only 1.3% of the amount received. The platform became their primary payment channel, with over 90% of all payments coming through it.
