They needed a self-serve, automated solution to streamline this process.
Esendex designed and deployed a fully branded, web-based platform that automated the SMS credit top-up process. The solution integrated with Clanwilliam Group's payment provider and allowed healthcare providers to manage their own accounts and set up automatic top-ups. For Clanwilliam Group, this resulted in complete process automation, freed up internal staff to focus on other tasks, reduced downtime for providers, and generated cost savings that could be passed on to their subsidiaries.
