The customer, DUF (Dansk Ungdoms Fællesråd), faced the challenge of engaging young people in Denmark with the European Youth Dialogue, as their target audience perceived the EU as distant and complex. To raise awareness and recruit new delegates, DUF enlisted the vendor Epinion to transform their study insights into an engaging product that could appeal to youth for over five years.
Epinion created three customized short videos that used personal storytelling and graphic elements to explain barriers to participation, demystify the Youth Dialogue process, and issue a call to action. This solution by Epinion was designed for DUF's various distribution channels, including social media and education, to effectively bring the European Union closer to young Danes and encourage their democratic participation.
