Testing the first driverless bus in Denmark

Movia, in collaboration with regional partners, was testing Denmark's first driverless bus and needed to evaluate public acceptance and ease of use to prepare for a full-scale launch. Epinion was engaged to conduct this qualitative evaluation.

Epinion provided research that determined the trial was a success, finding users were comfortable with the driverless technology. However, Epinion's evaluation also identified that a larger-scale launch was not yet feasible due to current legislation and the need for further technical improvements.
