Epinion’s solution involved first conducting a lifestyle and entertainment survey to build distinct customer segments. They then developed an advanced predictive model to apply these segments to Norsk Tipping's entire base of 2 million customers. The model achieved a highly satisfactory hit-rate of 70%, allowing the client to successfully implement targeted and consistent communication strategies across all channels.
