Case Study: Municipality of Hvidovre improves primary schools and after-school centres with Epinion

Parents’ feedback as key input to development of primary schools and after-school centres

The Municipality of Hvidovre sought to improve its primary schools and after-school centres and needed a fact-based understanding of parent satisfaction to guide its development efforts. To achieve this, it partnered with the vendor Epinion to conduct a parent satisfaction survey.

Epinion implemented a digital data collection that successfully achieved a high response rate. The vendor provided the Municipality of Hvidovre with a comprehensive report and individual school reports. These insights are now used as an objective, fact-based tool to prioritize efforts and fuel the ongoing dialogue between the municipality, its schools, and parents.
