The customer, Mandagmorgen, faced the challenge of understanding what constitutes a good life from a child's own perspective, as existing research was often limited to adult viewpoints. To address this knowledge gap, they partnered with the vendor Epinion to conduct a comprehensive national study.
Epinion implemented an ambitious, multi-phase research design involving child interviews, a national survey, and a mobile ethnographic study to give children a direct voice. This approach provided a 360° perspective on a good life for children across a wide age range.
