Epinion implemented a comprehensive research solution, conducting extensive user experience deep dives, in-depth interviews, and survey interviews with visitors. The study provided Wonderful Copenhagen with a clear definition of a great cultural experience and delivered both generic guidelines for attracting tourists and concrete, actionable recommendations for improving customer experience at specific cultural attractions.
