The customer, TopAttraktioner, a group of 25 Danish attractions, needed to continuously gather guest feedback to improve experiences and attract more visitors. They partnered with the vendor Epinion to address this challenge.

Epinion implemented an online survey and dashboard solution to provide the attractions with daily insights into guest composition and satisfaction. This flexible system allows each attraction to monitor key KPIs, track progress over time, and benchmark their results against others in the group, making it a vital tool for their daily and strategic development.
