Epinion developed a Customer Journey study using a mixed-method approach to uncover key customer needs. The insights from this study allowed Taxa 4X35 to build a targeted training program for drivers and optimize their website. As a result, Epinion helped the company integrate specific metrics to continually monitor and adjust the customer experience based on driver performance.
