Epinion helps DOT develop a digital information product with a user-centric approach

Din Offentlige Transport (DOT) needed to develop a new digital platform to provide information on station facilities to its customers but lacked insight into what specific information users needed or how they wanted to access it. To tackle this challenge, DOT partnered with the vendor Epinion to better understand user requirements.

Epinion designed a user-centric process involving a mixed-methods research study, which included observations, surveys, and multiple rounds of user testing with participants, including those with disabilities. Based on this feedback, Epinion helped DOT create and refine a digital prototype. The result was a highly relevant and useful digital information product that was successfully launched, making station facility information for the Greater Copenhagen area digitally accessible for the first time.
