Ephesoft was implemented alongside Tungsten’s Workflow Content Manager and Fujitsu scanners in a four‑month rollout (Ephesoft installed in the first month), converting paper invoices to digital, classifying and extracting data for validation. The solution delivered roughly an 80% OCR throughput, cut validation to about one minute per invoice, enabled the team to process ~20,000 more invoices annually without adding staff, and provided company‑wide invoice visibility; Agnico Eagle is expanding Ephesoft use globally and expects throughput to exceed 90%.
