Evolve IP Continues Double-digit Growth with Enghouse

Evolve IP, a Rotterdam‑based cloud strategy company serving more than 1,500 enterprises and 350,000 users, needed a fresh differentiator to simplify provisioning, enable richer integrations (including Skype for Business), and expand into new international markets while lowering contact‑center cost of ownership. To meet those goals, Evolve IP evaluated and selected Enghouse Interactive’s Contact Center: Service Provider (CCSP) version 7.2, including the TouchPoint web agent and administration interface.

Enghouse Interactive implemented CCSP 7.2 with TouchPoint, a Skype for Business connector, customizable widgets/gadgets and a Flex 100 pay‑for‑use licensing option, enabling multitenant customization, seamless UC integration and lower TCO. The deployment increased agent productivity (compact TouchPoint toolbar and performance dashboards), supported new integrations on demand, and helped Evolve IP expand into Germany and Belgium (Dec 2015) while sustaining year‑over‑year double‑digit revenue growth.
