To transform the experience during COVID, Vodafone partnered with Enboarder, using Enboarder’s platform and workflows to rethink onboarding as a digital, personalized journey rather than a single event.
Using Enboarder, Vodafone broke onboarding into digestible chunks (leadership webinars replacing single speaking slots), extended the program from 28 days before Day 1 to 90 days after, and built tailored workflows for graduates and people managers, plus a buddy system and Jamboard communities. The result was a digital-first onboarding that increased excitement, connection and manager support—leaving new starters, line managers and senior leaders happier—and made ongoing improvements simple via Enboarder-enabled feedback and content updates.
