The credit union turned to Employment Technologies and its EASy Simulation for Leadership to better understand candidates’ strengths and development needs.
Employment Technologies implemented the simulation as part of HawaiiUSA’s career development plan, giving participants realistic leadership challenges, assessment-based feedback, and personalized development plans. The result was a more consistent, tailored process for future leaders, with nearly 50 team members already benefiting and a clearer path for growth and career development.
