Case Study: Step Up Savannah achieves stronger job skills and long-term employment with Employment Technologies’ EASy Simulations

Participants improve job skills and expand career options with easy simulations®

Step Up Savannah, a nonprofit focused on improving economic mobility and financial stability for families in Savannah and Chatham County, Georgia, needed a stronger way to help unemployed and underemployed residents build job skills and understand what employers require. To support its Employability Skills curriculum, the organization turned to Employment Technologies and its EASy Simulations® product.

Employment Technologies implemented EASy Simulations® as a hands-on way for participants to “test-drive” jobs and build workplace skills aligned with the program’s goals. Step Up Savannah reported increased willingness to address personal challenges, stronger skill development, and a clearer understanding of job market demands. The organization also saw graduates become more able to maintain long-term employment, improving financial stability for themselves and their families.
