New Jersey Youth Corps, one of the largest volunteer youth service organizations in the U.S., needed additional resources to help underserved young adults prepare for post-secondary education and professional careers. To strengthen career readiness, the program turned to Employment Technologies and its job simulations and virtual interview tools.
Employment Technologies implemented EASy Simulations® and EASyView® Virtual Interview Practice, giving students realistic, risk-free workplace scenarios in areas like customer service, banking, and online services. The tools helped students build communication and active listening skills, while immediate performance reports gave crew leaders data to track progress and tailor support.
