Advia Credit Union, serving nearly 200,000 members across Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin, needed a better way to identify qualified candidates as turnover rose and its existing beta assessment failed to predict top performers. The credit union partnered with Employment Technologies and its EASy Simulations to improve hiring accuracy, candidate fit, and retention while maintaining the friendly, knowledgeable service its members expect.
Employment Technologies implemented EASy Simulations and worked closely with Advia to analyze results and refine the process. The new approach more accurately assessed job skills and behaviors, improved retention and member service consistency, and gave Advia greater confidence in hiring decisions. According to the case study, the simulations outperformed the prior assessment and helped eliminate doubts about who to hire.
