Employment Technologies implemented job simulations such as EASy Simulation for Universal Banker and SkilTrak to let participants experience on-the-job scenarios and strengthen skills like customer service and business email writing. The results have been strong: CareerWork$ reports 4,000+ careers launched, 150+ CareerWork$ Medical placements, 79% of participants remaining on track for advancement, and a 134% income increase in the first three years, with estimated lifetime earnings more than $1 million higher than non-participants.
