Francis Tuttle Technology Center faced the common challenge of helping students transfer classroom learning into real-world work situations and sought new tools to better prepare learners for careers. To address this, the school partnered with Employment Technologies and integrated the vendor’s EASy Simulations into its core training curriculum.
Employment Technologies’ immersive EASy Simulations gave students hands-on, job-specific practice that let them "test-drive" key roles, accelerate on-the-job performance, and gain a measurable competitive edge in the job market. As a result, students reported improved readiness for work—several former students now in customer service credited the simulations with helping them secure their jobs.
