Oxford Properties Group, a real estate investment, development and property management company with a broad retail portfolio across Canada, needed to shift customer interactions from in-person and phone to social channels and gain centralized visibility and control across many properties. To meet that challenge they partnered with Emplifi and adopted Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud to manage community communications, safety updates and curbside pick-up messaging across their shopping centres.

Emplifi provided a central platform with shared workspaces, content libraries, a unified editorial calendar and performance dashboards, plus ongoing customer success support, enabling data-driven coordination between national and centre teams. As a result Oxford Properties Group increased engagement by 14% and average reach per content piece by 20% in Q2 2020, coordinated content across 14 shopping centres and gained national-level visibility into performance metrics to inform best practices.
