Land O’Lakes, a farmer-owned agribusiness and food company, needed a way to bring its Test Kitchen experts to fans via Facebook Live while capturing real-time questions, sentiment, and integrating that feedback into its CRM. The brand turned to long-time partner Emplifi (formerly Astute Solutions) and adopted Emplifi Social Engage to manage live-stream monitoring and consumer engagement for its first Facebook Live event.
Emplifi implemented Emplifi Social Engage (with interactions fed into the Emplifi Agent CRM), ran tests to optimize response workflow, and enabled the Test Kitchen team to answer viewer questions in real time. The broadcast gave more than 100 viewers direct interaction, the video has since reached over 26K views, and Land O’Lakes reports typical response times of 15–20 minutes—demonstrating that Emplifi helped open a new, measurable channel for consumer engagement and ongoing follow-up.
