Knight Frank, a global real estate consultancy, needed a way to scale social media for brand awareness, engagement, reputation management and lead generation while also improving reporting, trend spotting and influencer measurement. To address these challenges they partnered with Emplifi for a unified social media management solution that could plan, schedule and publish content, provide analytics and dashboards, identify influencers and support multi-channel community management.

Emplifi delivered a single platform to manage seven owned pages (primarily Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn), automate reporting and benchmarking, apply content labels for performance tracking and use an Influencer Marketing tool to identify and measure partners. As a result Knight Frank eliminated manual report creation, gained up-to-date regional and industry benchmarks, can trace social leads to transactions to demonstrate ROI, and sped up multi-channel customer care using Emplifi’s Community module and AI-assisted tools.
