Bays English Muffins, part of Bimbo Bakeries USA, needed to define a distinct brand voice and build a data-driven content strategy to increase social engagement. Culver Brand Design led the creative effort and brought in Emplifi, using Emplifi’s Social Marketing Cloud to consolidate disparate data sources and make audience engagement the central performance driver.

Using Emplifi, the team identified top-performing formats, organized content into 15 data‑sourced “creative buckets,” and iterated in near real time. The results: interactions per post rose 47% and impressions per post rose 45% (Q4 2018 vs Q4 2019), with overall reach of about 21 million and a single post reaching roughly 54 million impressions—showing Emplifi drove measurable, repeatable creative wins.
