Manx Telecom, the Isle of Man’s leading telecommunications provider, launched a major Next Generation Network (NGN) program to converge mobile and fixed services and deliver faster 3G/4G and broadband to customers. During the migration it found its fragmented, siloed monitoring tools couldn’t provide the end-to-end visibility needed to ensure consistent customer experience and rapid root‑cause diagnosis.

Manx Telecom implemented Empirix E‑XMS as a unified service assurance platform to monitor voice, video, data and application performance across its IP‑based network.
