T-Mobile wanted to connect with potential employees in the Seattle market and raise awareness for its recruitment efforts. EMC Outdoor helped support this challenge through an experiential marketing campaign centered on T-Mobile’s #BeMagenta coffee and treats truck.

EMC Outdoor deployed a branded coffee truck filled with hot and cold coffee and tea, cookies, and swag, while brand ambassadors and 42 T-Mobile employees, including the CEO, engaged directly with job seekers at different Seattle locations. The campaign generated more than 7,000 one-on-one engagements in 5 days, nearly 1 million social media impressions, and media coverage across 26 pieces, including 6 broadcast segments, 5 articles, and 10 radio mentions.
