Eniro, a Sweden-based marketing and advertising company with about 1,000 users, faced a manual, quarterly People Performance Dialogue (PPD) process with limited company-wide visibility and weak performance measurement. eloomi digitized Eniro’s PPDs with customizable role-based templates, mobile access, and integrated Learning Management System (LMS) content from eloomi’s partner library, enabling managers to launch learning directly from 1:1 coaching dialogues. The solution rolled out to ~1,000 users, introduced regular manager/employee 1:1s, improved visibility into goals and development, and delivered successful quarterly conversations with ongoing performance and learning integration.
