danbolig Niels Hald, part of the wider danbolig network in Denmark, faced time-consuming face-to-face training and difficulty following up on employee performance across roughly 100 employees in 13 stores. To combine Performance Management and Learning Management into a simpler, more accessible system they chose the eloomi platform (implemented with Danish partner SalesForce) for a digital, easy-to-use solution.
eloomi delivered a mobile-accessible performance and learning platform that lets managers and staff set simple behavioral and performance goals, run targeted e-learning modules, and use online chats for ongoing development. The platform is now used by 105 users across 13 stores, reduced reliance on in-person training, increased employee motivation by making successes visible, and improved managers’ ability to track and follow up on development with clear, measurable results.
