Telmore, an IT & Telecom company in Denmark with 150 users, needed to increase development bandwidth and professionalize its Sales & Service organization to maintain its position as Denmark’s best customer service. Working with vendor eloomi, Telmore created the Telmore MyCareer and Telmore Academy concepts—built on eloomi’s e-learning and digital platform—to provide a transparent, individual-focused career path supported by intuitive learning and people-focused leadership.

eloomi implemented preboarding and a month-long onboarding program, mobile-friendly e-learning modules, the “Our Way” coaching format, and centralized performance and feedback tracking so admins can roll out content company‑wide and immediately track progress. The result: easier administration, clearer 1:1 follow-ups, higher employee engagement and motivation, and a structured advancement path; Telmore now supports 150 users through the eloomi platform and reports improved readiness for career steps and progress toward retaining its top customer service position.
