Landsvirkjun, an Icelandic renewable energy company with about 300 users, needed to overhaul a clunky onboarding process that overwhelmed new hires and relied on manual, paper-based checklists. To modernize and document onboarding, they adopted eloomi’s learning solution, including its digital Checklist functionality, to provide a clearer, more structured pre-boarding experience.

eloomi implemented pre-boarding access, targeted learning modules, reporting dashboards and mobile digital Checklists so new hires can start learning before day one and managers can track progress. Within about 12 months and across ~300 users, Landsvirkjun eliminated printing/scanning, gained easy-to-read completion statistics, improved follow-up on individuals and groups, and increased compliance by documenting who completed tasks and when—streamlining onboarding and giving managers better oversight.
