Bouygues Construction, a global leader in construction and services, faced an HR challenge to increase proximity to collaborators, standardize HR knowledge and enable social workflows across 80 countries. To centralize communication and make HR content accessible, Bouygues selected Elium and deployed its Knowledge Base platform to help collaborators share knowledge, work collaboratively and support mobile, multilingual access.

Elium implemented a structured platform with dedicated spaces for HR Procedures, HR News, Projects and Communities, plus tagging, multilingual support and integrations, and supported a rapid rollout with customer success coaching. The Elium deployment delivered measurable impact: 720 registered users with 96% activation, ~5,000 content views/month, 430 contributions/month, 4,300 contents and 293,842 downloads, while improving HR document access, breaking down silos, increasing collaboration and cutting printing/storage costs.
