MSL Group, Publicis Groupe’s Strategic Communications and Engagement Company, faced growing fragmentation after integrating multiple agency brands and more than 10 acquisitions, creating silos and a pressing need for better internal collaboration. To tackle this, MSL Group partnered with Elium (formerly Knowledge Plaza) to develop MIND, a global collaboration platform designed to help employees find experts, centralize case studies and build a stronger internal community.
Elium implemented MIND via an agile 3–6 month launch approach, focusing on powerful search, clear branding, gamification and a coordinated internal communications campaign led by MSL Group. The solution delivered rapid, high employee engagement at launch, a centralized, searchable knowledge base, easier expert discovery and improved cross‑team connection — outcomes driven by Elium’s platform combined with MSL Group’s rollout strategy.
