How EFUS shares information in a network of 250 cities

The European Forum for Urban Security (EFUS), an NGO connecting 250 cities and regions across 16 countries, needed an easy-to-use, mobile-friendly way to share knowledge, increase member visibility and support internal and external project development across Europe. EFUS partnered with Elium to provide a knowledge management platform that would unite the network, surface resources and encourage collaborative discussions.

Elium implemented its platform with dedicated Network, Themes and Resources spaces, mobile access and collaborative project areas, and supported a fast rollout with customer success coaching. The Elium deployment produced strong engagement—888 registered users, 98% activated, 1,732 average monthly content views, 454 contributions per month, 6,735 downloads and 9,032 total contents—while reducing email volume, improving project coordination and spreading best practices across the EFUS network.
