To centralize communication and make HR content accessible, Bouygues selected Elium and deployed its Knowledge Base platform to help collaborators share knowledge, work collaboratively and support mobile, multilingual access.

Elium implemented a structured platform with dedicated spaces for HR Procedures, HR News, Projects and Communities, plus tagging, multilingual support and integrations, and supported a rapid rollout with customer success coaching. The Elium deployment delivered measurable impact: 720 registered users with 96% activation, ~5,000 content views/month, 430 contributions/month, 4,300 contents and 293,842 downloads, while improving HR document access, breaking down silos, increasing collaboration and cutting printing/storage costs.
