EURA NOVA, an IT consulting firm (100 employees, €8M revenue across 3 countries), needed a more collaborative, learning‑focused working environment to upskill staff, boost efficiency and foster a dynamic, innovative culture that would also benefit clients. Elium delivered a configurable platform with core knowledge, support, soft‑skills and board spaces, strong search, notifications and collaborative features, plus training and customer‑success support for a rapid rollout. The results: 200 registered users, 97% activated users, 1,540 average content views/month, ~400 contributions/month, 13,537 downloads and 5,000 total contents — driving improved business understanding, increased collaboration, easier remote work and faster access to expertise across locations.
