Touring Club Schweiz, Switzerland’s largest mobility club with around 1.5 million members and 1,500 employees, needed to reactivate its old corporate network and reposition it as a collaborative social intranet to enable transversal exchanges, better governance of information, and cross-functional work across departments and locations. They chose Elium to deliver a knowledge-focused Social Intranet to meet these needs.

Elium implemented its social knowledge management platform—creating TCS Communities, My Communities and My Projects, training key contributors and rolling the site out rapidly—resulting in strong adoption and measurable engagement: 1,493 registered users, 99% activated users, an average of 3,227 content views/month, 980 contributions/month, 220 comments/month and 4,535 total likes. Elium’s solution improved alignment for remote staff, boosted the communication team’s productivity, broke down silos and increased cross-organizational collaboration.
