T-Mobile Netherlands boosts broadband customer satisfaction with super-fast fault resolution powered by Elastic

T-Mobile Netherlands needed a better way to monitor a complex broadband and mobile network with huge data volumes, reduce manual troubleshooting, and respond faster to service issues. Using Elastic Observability and related Elastic tools, the team aimed to improve network reliability, maintain high download speeds, and support customer satisfaction across its Dutch operations.

Elastic implemented a flexible observability environment on Elastic Cloud, fed by telemetry pipelines and an on-premises data lake, to enable faster root cause analysis, more accurate alerting with dynamic thresholds, and scalable analytics. As a result, T-Mobile reduced outages and network issues, sped up development of new use cases, and also used Elastic APM to monitor 50 applications and power media search features for customers.
