INISI ICT is a Netherlands-based consultancy that designs, builds and manages high-quality ICT infrastructures, prioritizing expertise and customer-focused solutions. Before 2015 they relied on traditional monitoring tools that delivered only raw data, making it hard and time-consuming to diagnose root causes across complex, hybrid IT environments; they needed a smarter, end-to-end monitoring solution with auto-detection and correlation capabilities to speed problem triage and reduce downtime.
