The transformation helped RBL Bank Ltd grow from 830,000 to 6.5 million customers, increase monthly retail internet logins from ~150,000 to ~222,000, register a 116% rise in internet banking users, cut digital customer onboarding time by over 80%, reduce time‑to‑market for new retail products by up to 70%, halve product rollout effort, automate ~70% of processes and reduce digital channel costs by 90%.
