To modernize its core and digital engagement capabilities it selected EdgeVerve’s Finacle suite (core banking and the Finacle Omnichannel Hub) as the platform and partner to future‑proof its technology and enable large‑scale digital transformation.
EdgeVerve implemented Finacle Core Banking, the Omnichannel Hub, API‑driven developer portal and partner integrations to enable open banking, faster product launches and personalized digital experiences. The transformation helped RBL Bank Ltd grow from 830,000 to 6.5 million customers, increase monthly retail internet logins from ~150,000 to ~222,000, register a 116% rise in internet banking users, cut digital customer onboarding time by over 80%, reduce time‑to‑market for new retail products by up to 70%, halve product rollout effort, automate ~70% of processes and reduce digital channel costs by 90%.
