Large Agro-Technology Company, a global agro-biotech leader, faced a rapid shift in India from a few exclusive distributors to hundreds of non‑exclusive distributors and direct retailer relationships. EdgeVerve implemented a customized TradeEdge DMS solution—automation scripts for bulk onboarding, centralized data maintenance, SAP integration, and a simple Android ordering app—while switching to a revenue‑led subscription model. The result: 221 distributors onboarded in two weeks (with 426 more added since), 90% of primary orders captured through TradeEdge DMS (≈35,000 orders, ~₹3,000 crore), 205 partners using the mobile app, a drop from a 3–4 person order desk to one, and 83% of secondary sales tracked—delivering faster scale, fewer errors, and aligned commercial incentives.
