National Commercial Bank - Customer Case Study

National Commercial Bank (NCB) of Saudi Arabia needed to automate high‑volume, manual corporate-banking processes, reduce time and costs, and give corporate clients an exclusive online channel. To address branch dependency, limited PC-banking functionality and non–web‑enabled payroll and payments, NCB selected EdgeVerve and its web‑based cash‑management solution to modernize corporate services.

EdgeVerve delivered a web‑based cash management platform (launched as Alahli eCorp) in about 12 months, integrating with the bank’s treasury and core systems to provide real‑time FX rates, SWIFT/SARIE payments, payroll file upload and straight‑through processing. EdgeVerve’s solution web‑enabled corporate transactions, streamlined branch operations, lowered service costs and staffing needs, and improved transaction turnaround and online adoption by corporate clients.
