EdgeVerve’s Nia DocAI crawled 25K+ application folders containing over 100K documents, extracted payroll and wage data across formats, assembled traceable records for audit, and enabled validation and automated loan approvals without system integration. The solution scaled to process up to 15,000 digital forms per hour, achieved roughly 90% data accuracy, accelerated loan disposition, and helped the bank rapidly serve impacted customers while meeting risk and audit requirements.
