Eastern Bank - Customer Case Study

Eastern Bank, the largest independent community bank in Massachusetts, wanted to modernize its internet and mobile channels to support growth, streamline processes and improve customer experience. After evaluating alternatives, Eastern Bank selected EdgeVerve’s Infosys Finacle multichannel solution (Finacle e-banking, Finacle mobile banking and Finacle Alerts) and partnered with Finacle IVS as the independent testing partner to validate functional and performance requirements.

EdgeVerve, through Finacle and Finacle IVS, ran a 14‑week, largely offshore testing and implementation program using automation (iWAF), SeeTestCloud, StormRunner and Jira/Zephyr to complete SIT and UAT with zero operational defects. The upgraded Finacle multichannel platform met acceptance criteria, accelerated product innovation and process optimization, and delivered a measurable 30% improvement in operational efficiency.
