Leading US Aerospace Supplier, a global provider of aerospace fasteners and inventory management solutions, faced heavy manual workload across sales and supply‑chain tasks (sales and purchase orders, PO acknowledgements, ASN label generation) that caused errors, paper‑heavy processes, delays and overtime. To boost productivity and reduce errors they engaged EdgeVerve for an automation solution.

EdgeVerve implemented AssistEdge RPA with the DEEP (Data Extraction and Enrichment Platform) tool, deploying 17 robots to automate 22 processes across Sales, Supply Chain, Purchase, Shipping and Warehouse and building a custom interface to the CARDEX ERP. The EdgeVerve solution now handles over 16,000 transactions per month, saved over 35,714 hours of manual handling time, and achieves over a 92% bot execution success rate, improving speed, accuracy and resource utilization.
