Global Health Technology Organization, a European multinational and leader in health technology with operations in nearly 100 countries, faced fragmented, manual finance processes that were error‑prone, slow to adapt to new products, and required growing headcount. To drive productivity, accuracy and faster cycle times the customer engaged EdgeVerve and its AssistEdge RPA platform to digitally transform finance and planning operations.

EdgeVerve implemented AssistEdge across Finance & Accounting and FP&A, deploying ~200 bots, automating 140 processes and integrating with 13+ SAP instances alongside an Azure rollout. The program saved about 400,000 person‑hours overall (including 32,500+ hours in FP&A, exceeding planned savings), improved reliability and performance, and demonstrated AssistEdge’s ability to deliver automation at scale.
