EdgeVerve implemented TradeEdge SFA across 10 African countries in two years, delivering an easy-to-use mobile app (with supervisor tools and DMS integration) that digitized order taking, invoicing, collections, returns and merchandising even while offline. The deployment standardized processes, made invoicing 100% paperless, and improved sales representative productivity by about 15–20% (notably reported as a 20% uplift), covered 500+ reps with plans to scale further, and provided the client with much stronger secondary sales visibility and reduced manual leakage.
