HealthCore Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center in Wichita with 33 providers offering primary care, family medicine, behavioral health and dental services. Founded to provide prevention-focused, affordable care to the community, the clinic’s rapid growth in services and facilities created a need for a progressive, integrated health IT platform to support higher patient volumes and evolving workflows.

Partnering with eClinicalWorks, HealthCore implemented the Patient Portal, eClinicalMessenger, healow TeleVisits, eClinicalWorks Scribe (16 providers), Kiosk and eBO 8.0. The technology enabled 24/7 patient engagement for more than 5,500 web-enabled patients, streamlined check-in and front-office workflows, supported safe COVID testing with remote questionnaires and document capture, and strengthened revenue and financial management.
