Women’s Care Florida is a large, rapidly growing OB/GYN practice serving Central Florida with more than 50 offices, about 200 providers, and hundreds of thousands of patients annually. The practice wanted to boost patient engagement for expectant mothers by giving them easy tools to track pregnancies, schedule appointments, access trusted education, and communicate directly with providers.

Working with eClinicalWorks, Women’s Care expanded its use of the healow apps—integrating the healow Mom app with its EMR, training staff, and promoting the tool to patients. The result: roughly 40,000 patients on the healow base app with healow Mom adoption rising quickly, streamlined workflows and fewer phone calls, real-time blood pressure and glucose logging that improves management of high-risk pregnancies, and stronger 24/7 patient–provider communication even during events like power outages.
