Advocare, LLC is a physician-owned, multi‑specialty medical group with more than 600 physicians across 190 locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. After deciding to replace their incumbent vendor, Advocare planned a two‑year, “Big Bang” migration to eClinicalWorks that required turning on the new EHR in every office on a single day—June 24, 2019.

Advocare created dedicated workstreams for training, IT, interfaces, communication, and contracting and partnered closely with eClinicalWorks, placing trainers on site at every practice for Go‑Live. The coordinated effort enabled a successful day‑one launch with all patients seen, rapid staff adoption across specialties (proficient within two months), better information sharing for clinical care, and a foundation for an ongoing partnership.
