Flogas, a leading distributor of liquid gas, needed a more secure and efficient payment method for its contact centers and depots. Their previous 'Pause and Resume' technique for PCI DSS compliance was not robust and created an inconsistent customer experience, especially with their outsourced after-hours contact center which couldn't accept payments at all.
